It started with a conversation at Google's Dublin offices. Three professionals from different backgrounds — marketing, engineering, and sales — realized that service businesses were being left behind in the automation revolution. While large corporations had access to sophisticated tools, small and medium businesses were still stuck with manual processes. That day, we decided to change that. On October 7, 2025, we officially launched Prozeso with a clear mission: bring intelligent automation to the businesses that need it most.
