The story behind Prozeso
We met at Google's offices in Dublin with a clear vision: there's a whole segment of companies stuck between manual chaos and corporate software, and nobody is really serving them.
Where it all began
Comparing notes in Dublin, between engineering and business strategy. We agreed on one thing: growing companies are stuck with tools that don't grow with them, and the alternatives are out of reach.
Spanish companies of 10 to 200 employees, with processes living in people's heads, spreadsheets, and WhatsApp messages. The tools they can afford are too rigid to truly fit. The tools that fit are too heavy, too slow and too expensive to ever adopt.
That day we decided to build the team that company never had: people who would truly understand its business and build, from scratch, the automation it needed.
